Upgraded Mail Chimp Extension Stuck on 0%

Joined: 2012-04-24 Posts: 7	Hi, We have currently upgraded the version of mail chimp. I have added the api details etc but the subscription is stuck on 0%. I would appropriate it if you could look into this with the highest priority. Thanks Con

If you need paid support, please drop a line to info@ebizmarts.com referencing this issue and a project manager will get in touch with you. By the way you configured the cron and linked it to Magento? If not take a look to this post. There is a excellent extension you can install to see if your cron it's enabled and see all the process in a list and you can execute it immediately instead of wait 1 hour to execute the export/import.
