| Stuck on loading page and not redirecting to success page | |||

Hi, I'm running on magento 1.6.2 with Sage Pay Suite CE 1.1.10 using FORM integration. We are having issues where after placing an order, being sent to SagePay, entering the payment details and going passed the 3D secure check, we/customers get stuck on the loading page forever. We do get a successful transaction report from SagePay. I have phoned SagePay who say that their system is trying to redirect to the success page but for some reason the success page doesn't work. Hi, I don't even have an error log file, only general.log, SagePaySuite_FORM_Callback.log, SagePaySuite_RawResponse.log, SagePaySuite_REQUEST.log |

Have you tried other protocols like SERVER? | ||

No, we only ever tried FORM and don't have plans to use another type. | ||

I enabled SERVER in test mode and tried it but I got an error message about invalid IP. We never setup a SERVER service with SagePay (if it has to be setup separately?) if that makes any difference. Also after testing I found that if people check out as a registered customer rather than guest, it all goes through fine in FORM. Hopefully that can help pin point the glitch. |

Hi Jennifer, So for logged in customers in FORM protocol you dont get the error? |

In FORM protocol logged in customers go through the whole process without a problem and get to the success page. For guest customer all is fine until they get to the SagePay loading bar after the 3D secure check. Then it just stays on that page without any error or any other message forever. We get the SagePay successful transaction email but not the new order email sent by magento. |
