Hi Pablo, Just wondered if you've ever been asked about the following. When customers on our client site enter their address using both Address Line 1 and 2 their Address Verification fails? But then if they use just Address Line 1 the Address Verification passes (using technically the same address)? Is there a reason for this? As the client as asking to hide the second Address Line but I'd rather fix the problem than hide the field. Cheers, Dave |

Hi Dave, This question is more specific for SagePay support, if you have a VPSTXID example and vendorname I can query them but its faster on the phone. Regards. |

Think we've solved the issue. Was the rule in our SagePay settings that was kicking back the orders if everything didnt match 100%, they told us changing it slightly would fix the problem. Old rules: Accept No Data Matches: no Accept Address Match Only: no Accept CV2 Match Only: no Accept Data Not Checked: no New rules: Accept No Data Matches: no Accept Address Match Only: yes Accept CV2 Match Only: yes Accept Data Not Checked: no Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
