Hi I have been struggling with this one for days. I upgraded a Magento 1.4.01 site using the protx POD1 payment module which works fine. To Magento 1.7 and the Sagepay Suite CE 1.1.10 module. SID is set to yes. The Admin panel shows lots of orphaned transactions - it would appear that the sage pay Simulator is receiving all the transactions information correctly but Magento and the sage pay module is failing to intercept and process the returning information successfully. Do you have any module that is bouncing POST requests for some reason? | ||

Hi Pablo, Thanks for the question - No I don't think so the set-up is reasonably simple with very few additional modules. It is a multi-site set-up but each Magento Website instance is on a separate IP address and it has been operating correctly as a 1.4.0.1 site with the POD1 protx Module up till now. I would say that there is no "/spgs/ServerPayment/notify/" Directory structure anywhere but I assume this is just a virtual Path that the SagePay module is intended to intercept? | ||

any thoughts or suggestions anyone? My only thought at the moment is to try and resurrect the old POD1 sagepay module and see if I can get it working in Magento 1.7.02 as I have no idea where to start with this one. Thanks |

Hi, I think I have exactly the same problem as above. I can see the posts from sagepay in the access logs to our server (simlar to Hillary's above). However the payment screen envetually timesout with the error 5006. How did you manage to resolve this issue? Was it a fault with the extension of the server/magento config. (we are running a centos 6.3 / Cpanel environament) Any pointers would be appreciated. |

Hi Pablo, yes I have and I confirmed it is non of those (I think). I have also tried the site with SagePay Simulator and the same result. I have the latest CE edition of the SagePay module. We have set up the module for other Magento sites fine but this is our first version 1.7.x install. It is a strange problem. Ben. |
