Duplicate Orders showing in Mailchimp Ecommerce 360

We just turned on Ecommerce 360 tracking. It looks like tracking is coming in correctly, but it is coming in twice for every order in Mailchimp's reports, if looking at 'All Stores'. The dropdown in Mailchimp allows us to choose ourdomain.com or 'Main Website Main Website Store' in which case the duplicates are gone. Is this a known issue and can it be fixed?

Thanks for your feedback we didn't know this issue.
Can you explain better so i can reproduce it.

1- You enabled Ecommerce 360 from our System -> Config section.
2- Where do you see that the tracking it's coming twice?
3- What section are you looking where you have a dropdown in MailChimp that allows you to select the differents stores.

This info can help me to know if we can fix it.

1. Yes, referred orders.
2. I see that it is coming in twice in MailChimp only. I go to Campaigns > View Report > Ecommerce Reports. Here it is showing 36 conversions under All Stores (some of these are duplicates, some are not), 12 conversions under ourdomain.com, and 24 conversions under Main Website Main Website Store.
3. This dropdown is in Campaigns > View Report > Ecommerce Reports > Top Left section right above Total Sales
