Hello, Have seen a couple of topics on this subject but not quite answered the issue, hence the new topic. So, the background is - we have moved the site to a new domain... When testing the gateway we receive an invalid IP response. Have added the IP from My Sage Pay account (well what we deem to be the correct IP by setting up a simulator account), yet have the same invalid IP error. Having contact Sagepay, they have suggested posting a test to the showpost.asp url. We're using V1.1.2 - I understand that a newer version has a show post mode? The problem is that the Magento updater does not allow the extension to be upgraged. Do we need to re-intall the Sage Pay Suite CE from scratch, or what is the best way to upgrade to the latest version? Any tips / links to the answer would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Bobby |

I have the same problem, SagePay won't recognise the IP address as valid and upgrade from SagePay Suite 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 leaves me with a blank admin section below the menus. Was this issue resolved? |

Thanks Pablo, I'd seen earlier post but my issue was different... The solution was simple - I had completed the api integration details in the bottom ebizmarts tab but missed the field in the top tab where the user account needed to be entered again. My site was checking against ebizmarts SagePay username which you include by default and therefore returning a SagePay error message for an invalid IP address. |

I have this same issue however I have changed API details and everything has the correct vendor information filled in yet I still receive this error back. Running Sage Pay Suite CE V 1.1.10 - I am also unable to update through connect manager... If the upgrade does offer the shop post option then please let me know how to get this newer version? Thanks, Liam |
