Hi there, I have a multi-store magento install. I just installed MageMonkey and at first it all seemed ok. However I noticed that when signing up on one of the other stores, it always adds to the main list, even though I have specified a different list on store. Also, i now have two 'Newsletter Subscription' options on the menu in the admin section. One of them has the basic subscription options (default) and the other also has the "General Subscription" with a bunch of checkbox fields relating to questions setup in my mailchimp forms. I actually dont want these to show. Do i need to make changes to the template files to correct these issues? Kind regards, Aaron |

Aaron, In order to not use Interest Groups (the checkboxes you see), you'll have to select another list as main list since we are still working on a version to allow selecting you whether you want to show Interest Groups or not. Regarding multi-stores setups we'll investigate and advise here. Thanks. |

What do I do about the mutiple newsletter subscription pages? Also, when signing up on one of the other sites, it doesnt use the correct list. | ||

Hi Aaron, What version of the MageMonkey are you using? We made a release and the last version it's the 1.0.10. Can you upgrade and try it again. I couldn't reproduce the error. Thanks in advice |

Hi there, Thanks for getting back to me. I have just upgraded to 1.0.10 but I am still having troubling using the module as expected. When saving the settings in the admin section, I am getting a blank error message. I am also still getting the double Newsletter Subscription pages on the admin section. Did you clean cache + cookies after installing the last version? Are you using compilation? Also, did you check the log files for errors? Thanks. |
