Yep I did a full cache flush. I don't believe I am using the compilation - how can I check? I have checked the MageMonkey_ApiCall.log file, and its not showing any errors. Its just throwing an array of all Mailchimp Lists. |

Hi Aaron, I created an account in swimt3 and go to "newsletter/manage/" but i didn't see the problem you reported. Can you try cleaning your browsers cache? If you still having this issue, tell me if you see some javascript error, or tell me the browser you are using. Regards |

Hi Luis, My appologies. As they are both live websites, I have been disabling the module when not working on it. If I was to supply you with a login, then you could activate the module yourself before trying. Would that work? If so, I need an email address for you. Cheers |

Hi Aaron, Thanks I found the error. I don't know why it's happening but you don't have the javascript needed for remove the first "Neswletter Subscriptions" link. Please check in app/design/frontend/base/default/layout/magemonkey.xml if you have the next lines: <reference name="head"> <action method="addItem"><type>skin_js</type><name>magemonkey/monkey.js</name><params/></action> </reference> This it's the file which contains the javascript you need to solve the issue. Let me know how it goes. About the multistore issue you can upgrade to the last version of MageMonkey (1.0.13) which it's fixed and also another issues. Kindest Regards |
