Hi, when I process a 3d secure payment the light box appears immediately, I type the password and the transaction appears in Sage Pay suite immediately but the light box takes 5-10 minutes to disappear and for the confirmation page to display, or it takes too long to complete by which time the payment has timed out? Thanks |

I'm having the same problem where quite a few orders are failing at the 3d secure stage because it seems to hang which results in "Transaction CANCELLED by Sage Pay after 15 minutes of inactivity. This is normally because the customer closed their browser.". I checked the blog but this doesn't apply as the products we sell are quite expensive so it is very unusual for there to be any more than 2 items in the cart. |
