Sage Pay Direct CE now compatible with Magento v1.4

Good news! Our Sage Pay Direct Community extension for Magento has been updated and is now compatible with Magento v1.4.0.1. Just use your Magento updater to get the last version.

SagePay modules for Magento updated

Today we have updated all our SagePay modules for Magento.
Recently, SagePay made a few changes in the way their TEST and SIMULATOR servers work that prevented our modules - and other integration tools like Cold Fusion, see here -

SagePay commercial extensions enhancements

We’re happy to announce that our SagePay commercial Payment Extensions for Magento have been enhanced and now support ALL SagePay API features as well as FULL Magento integration.

Besides the already supported features like DEFERRED or REFUNDS, we added support for REPEAT transactions and CA (Continuous Authority) transactions. If you need more information about SagePay integration for Magento don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.

FULL Magento integration means that, in addition to the integration with Frontend Checkout, you can now take Payments in the Admin Area, making it easier to take Phone orders.

Magento Sage Pay Direct PRO Module released

We are happy to announce that we’ve released a new SagePay Payment extension for Magento, Sage Pay Direct PRO (formerly ProTX).

With SagePay Direct PRO you can make use of DEFERRED and AUTHENTICATE transactions in additon to the already supported PAYMENT one.

Sage Pay Go with Direct integration is designed to enable you to take card details on your own secure servers and pass them across to Sage Pay for authorisation and secure storage
in a server-to-server session that does not involve redirecting the shopper to Sage Pay’s payment
pages.

• Direct integration is essentially a white-label payment service. It is the method in which you pass the data to Sage Pay, not the method in which you collect it, which means you have complete control over the look and feel of your payment pages.
• Your customer never leaves your site and they do not necessarily know that Sage Pay is authorising the transaction on your behalf. Although, in practice many vendors choose to tell their shoppers as many have concerns over card security.
• It is ideal for large companies with existing back office payment software, such as a call centre and want to integrate their payment system and manage the whole of the payment process internally.
