Hi Guys,

Any recommendations on how to debug this.

I haven't got time to be messing around with an extension that whilst free, is advertised as a benefit of a paid subscription service. Poor deliverability on order confirmations is really hurting us.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.
Do you see any error on the logs?

You do have your Magento cron jobs configured right?

Regards,
Santiago.

I believe so.

New order emails are being populated in 'core_email_queue' and then being processed - the core_email crons are running properly.

I can't see any specific errors on the log either.

Thanks,

Ian

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.
I've seen other cases where an email queued doesn't have recipients set so it fails.
Changing the file at app/code/community/Ebizmarts/MailChimp/Model/Email/Queue.php with the one I uploaded to https://www.dropbox.com/s/9o5q7fyh99dt7b2/Queue.php?dl=0 should fix that.

Santiago.

Hi Santiago,

Thanks for that. You've linked to a queue.php which has an addition to log exceptions.

Thanks,

Hello,

Sorry about the delay, the change was actually supposed to be done in the file with name Queue.php.
I'm editing the post above.
It will cover the case where the recipient doesn't exist and skip that entry.

Regards,
Santiago.
