Multiple Stores 1 magento install

So MageMonkey happily worked on our site where we run two stores from a single magento install - with separate lists one for each store and ecommerce purchase data going back to Mailchimp.

However we recently switched to the Mailchimp for Magento plugin hoping to benefit from the ecommerce improvements. However Mailchimp for Magento does NOT support multiple stores from a single Magento install it will only allow ecommerce data to go back to one list. This seems crazy - we had assumed the new extension would build on previous functionality rather than downgrade elements.

Ebizmarts - is a new version that support multiple store in the pipeline? We would love to have this !!

Any word on the status of this update. We have been waiting on this so we can switch over. MailChimp keeps sending emails telling us to switch to MailChimp4Magento before March 4 to avoid any service interruptions.

We are working hard to release a multi store version as soon we can.
By the way, you can stay in MageMonkey, no service interruption was planned
